Amit has over 20 years of experience in Advertising, during which he held positions like National Creative Head of Grey India and Creative Head, Ogilvy Bangalore. He also shaped brands like Britannia, Reliance Mobiles, Honda, Killer Jeans, P&G, The Times of India, Cadburys, Bingo, Titan, Lenovo, SAB Miller, SBI, Hutch to name a few during his illustrious advertising career.
The highlight of his career has been 3 Grand Prix ‘Campaign of the Year’ Abby Awards (perhaps a record for any Indian Creative) for: ‘Surprisingly SBI’ State Bank Of India, Hutch Rangashankara Theatre Festival and Killer ‘Green Fold’.
He’s also the architect of one of the biggest Indian launches of FMCG sector in recent years - ITC Foods’ snack brand - Bingo!.
He’s won over 200 national (Abby, Effies, Emvies) and international awards (Cannes, One Show, Media Spikes, London International, D&AD, Clio), both for effective and creative advertising including two continuous Cannes Golds (2013, 2014).
An avid foodie, Amit used to write a weekly, restaurant review - ‘Live2eat’ for the Bangalore Mirror.
Tejas has over nine and half years of work experience of managing clients, of which nearly eight have been in advertising and communication with expertise across Consumer Durables, Finance, Hardware (Paint), Media and Home Appliances.
After spending little over six years in mainstream advertising shifted to dynamic world of digital marketing to continue learning different aspects of marketing and follow keen interest in new age marketing solutions.
He has helped shape brands like Hotstar, Facebook, Savan, Byjus, Amazon, Vodafone, Asian Paints, Cadbury Dairy Milk, Disney and HSBC.
Ruchita has over 14 years of experience working in a good mix of animation, multi-media and mainline agencies including Kathaa Animation Studio, DDB Mudra, Tribal DDB, Law & Kenneth and Leo Burnett Mumbai.
She has worked as a Art Group Head on an Asia-Pacific account of Procter & Gamble - Rejoice where she was responsible for leading the art and design for the brand campaigns across five countries - Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia.
She has also worked on brands like General Mills – Pillsbury, Haagen Daaz, Reliance World and Mobile, ITC Vivel, ITC Fiama, Times Now, Indian Terrain, Everyuth, Bombay Dyeing, Godrej Interio, Anchor, Fem and many more. Early in her career she has also worked with Yash Raj Films (Design and Multimedia team) and assisted a renowned installation artist Shilpa Gupta.
At WYP she heads all the creative teams and leads all the art and design work. She is also part of the core team at WYP along side Amit Akali (MD, Founder and CCO of WYP) and Tejas Mehta (Co-founder and Head of Business and Strategy at WYP).
Apart from advertising she is also invested in another form of art; Dance. She is an acclaimed professional Bharatanatyam dancer. She has performed at various prestigious shows as well as won at national level dance competitions. She is part of a collaborative dancers’ group that regularly performs at shows and also runs a school for performing arts.
Deepu has over 12 years of experience in advertising having worked across various consumer segments pan India and West Africa. He started off with Bates India, and later moved on to become an important member of Red fuse communications which was India’s first integrated agency set up for managing a variety of brands under the Colgate Palmolive portfolio. He also served as the business head - account management and strategies, Ogilvy, handling Airtel in the African market.
His expertise on analysing and coming out with behavioural insights gives edge to the campaigns he spearheads.
Ranging from FMCG, BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare to F&B, Deepu, has closely worked on launching products in both urban and rural geographies.
His expertise in handling a dynamic and diverse markets and in integrated systems gives him the ability to utilise various engagement points to give leverage to the campaigns.
He was instrumental in setting up a team, developing strategies based on in depth research for rural communication for Colgate India which went on to winning various awards.
Rohan has over 10 years of experience in the digital space and has worked with agencies like Dentsu WAT Consult, FCB Ulka, Wunderman International. Throughout his carrier, he has successfully set up & managed the digital verticals for the respective agencies.
He has worked across industries like FMCG, Auto, Fashion, BFSI, Entertainment, Sports, Real Estate, Technology, E-commerce etc. He has launched & managed international brands like Kellogg's, HSBC, Pringles, Bose, Colgate-Polmolive, Jaguar & Land Rover to name a few.
